Q. Would I be fit enough to join a class?
A. If you can move WITHOUT pain then yes you could do a class. The aim is to help you NOT kill you.


Q. How many personal training sessions a week would I have to do to lose weight?

A. It really depends. There are many factors that come into play here. If this is your question you are best of getting in touch. 

Q. How much do you charge?

A. I'm reasonable but worth every penny.

Q. I have an injury can I still train?

A. Yes you can still train but with caution. You can work around an injury you just need to make sure you use a trusted and experienced coach.
