Michael who is an EX serving infantry soldier with the British Army has created his brand with the ethos of military-style training and mindset to help you achieve more than you could imagine was possible. He has a strong belief that to be the best you can be physically and mentally then variety is key, and this is what he provides in his training.

Who am I?

Michael Cox
Level 3 Personal Trainer, MNU student Nutritionist, 10 years Fitness Experience, 7 years in the Military

My background comes from the military where I spent an amazing 7 years. My training style is a lot like how it is in the military get in get done and get out.  I’ve spent 10 years in the fitness industry now and loved every minute of it. In this time I've been a boot camp instructor, personal trainer and worked in the corporate sector training 1000s of people.

 

Why do I love what I do?

For me, as an individual, there is no better feeling than seeing people's confidence grow as they change through improving their health and fitness.

I’m a person that loves to keep learning new things around fitness and this has helped me achieve recognized certificates in Core strengthening, Master Kettlebell trainer, Exercise for fat loss, and Train for gain muscle techniques. With this wide range of knowledge, I can bring the best to everyone I teach. I'm currently training to become an evidence and research-based nutrition practitioner a role that for me just adds even more value to the people I teach.
